Improvements at Hinchingbrooke

Circle, the private healthcare provider running Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Cambridgeshire, claims to have cut waiting times, improved care and delivered savings during its first 6 months.

 

Circle took over the running of the hospital in February this year, identifying a 16 point plan to transform its fortunes. There have already been significant improvements, with Circle announcing that’s its Accident and Emergency Department has become the "top performing full service trust among all hospitals in the Midlands and East of England region".


Chief Executive Ali Parsa has adopted a similar management style to that used at their private hospitals, and has also claimned that the Company has saved £1.6m by ordering the hospital’s paper differently.
