In 1994 NES became the first company in the field of RMO provision to achieve BS EN ISO 9002 Certification. We have consistently maintained high standards of practice and have successfully retained ongoing accreditation over 20 years, transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 in March 2018.

To date NES remains the only major RMO company in the UK to have achieved and maintained such accreditation.

This enables the company to pursue customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and the prevention of nonconformity.

It also provides our clients with the peace of mind that at NES we do what we say we do, and that we deliver the service in an efficient and effective manner.

NES also subscribes to ISCAS, the recognised independent adjudicator of complaints for the private healthcare sector. ISCAS aims to create the environment where all patients have access to high quality complaints systems.
