In 1994 NES became the first company providing managed doctor services to achieve BS EN ISO 9002 Certification. We have consistently maintained high standards of practice and have successfully retained ongoing accreditation over 20 years, transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 in March 2018.

We remain the only company in our field to hold ISO accreditation.

This enables the company to pursue customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and the prevention of nonconformity.

It also provides our clients with the peace of mind that at NES we do what we say we do, and that we deliver the service in an efficient and effective manner.

Innovation

NES has consistently led the way in developing its services for the benefit of the clients.

NES initiatives have included:

  • Training and Assessment for all applicants
  • On-line English testing at the point of application
  • In-house medical English exam
  • Adapting managed staffing models to suit NHS rotations
