The recruitment process was very smooth, with my case officer being very helpful at every turn. Coming from a 3rd world environment and transitioning into a first world healthcare environment was made much easier through her guidance and support throughout the process. The training courses were also a real eye opener. You get to understand what good medical practice looks like, but also the power of having a unified approach to treating patients and working within a healthcare system. The onboarding process through shadowing an already practicing doctor was also very helpful. It allows you to assimilate much faster into the environment and understand how things are done before you are expected to work independently. My first few weeks have been very good so far and I have felt well supported throughout the transition. Thank you to the whole team at NES Healthcare for making the process much easier than I expected.
