My resourcing consultant was wonderful. She guided me throughout the process till I got to the UK. I had a week of courses which were well organised and very educational. I did a week of shadowing at my current hospital, the doctor who helped with the induction was very helpful and selfless. Not forgetting the MSM, she has been brilliant the past few months making sure all went well and as planned in this settling in period.
