From the start, the recruitment manager and my Medical Staffing Manager were both incredibly supportive, patient, and responsive. They guide you through every phase, from onboarding and documentation to accommodation and placement. The training week is intense but incredibly valuable, and the shadowing period was especially useful in building my confidence. You’re not thrown into the deep end blindly. While NES won’t hold your hand once you’re on site, you will still feel their presence, calling to check on you during shifts and making sure you’re finding your feet. All in all, while there’s a learning curve, NES does a solid job of making sure you’re not alone in it. I recommend it.
