My experience with NES Healthcare has been extremely positive and has exceeded my expectations. From the beginning of the onboarding process, I was very well supported. Communication was clear throughout, responses were prompt, and I was guided step by step to successfully complete all onboarding requirements. On arrival for the course, I was welcomed warmly and genuinely by a team of exceptionally friendly and supportive staff. The learning environment was comfortable and well organised, and individual dietary requirements were thoughtfully accommodated. The course itself was far less intimidating than I had anticipated. The tutors were excellent, highly approachable, and created an atmosphere that encouraged learning and confidence. It was also a great opportunity to meet colleagues and build friendships.
