I particularly appreciated the effort made by NES Healthcare to consider personal circumstances when arranging placements. I was allocated to a hospital close to my home, allowing me to remain close to my family, which demonstrates the level of care and consideration given to doctors’ individual needs. Administrative processes have also been straightforward, with clear and simple timesheet systems and continued support even after starting in my primary place of work. The availability of a dedicated 24/7 emergency contact line provides additional reassurance that support is always accessible when needed. Overall, my experience so far has been wonderful, and the level of organisation, support, and professionalism has been well beyond what I expected. I am grateful for the support provided and look forward to continuing my work with NES Healthcare.
