The enrolment process with NES was smooth, well-structured, and well guided at every step, with a consistently supportive team throughout. The training courses were highly useful and essential, and very well organised. They helped me feel well prepared before starting, particularly the resuscitation courses, which strengthened my clinical confidence. From the enrolment process through to the start of my role as a resident doctor, the support from NES was excellent, from my medical resourcing consultant to the MSM and wider team, as well as the hospital staff and colleagues. I never felt overwhelmed or without guidance, and the transition into the UK healthcare system was very smooth.
